Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Human Flow AI ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website or submit one of our forms. Human Flow AI is currently operated as a sole trader. If you have any questions, you can reach us at privacy@humanflow-ai.com.

What we collect

When you complete one of our forms — our Request a Strategy Call form, or the Safari or Charter waitlist forms — you choose to provide information about yourself and your business. Depending on the form, this may include your name, work email address, company name, website, and role; details about your business such as your industry, what you sell, typical client or booking values, inquiry volumes, and how you currently handle enquiries; and information about what you're looking for from us, including the services that interest you, your timeline, whether you're the decision-maker, and an optional indication of budget. Some fields are optional, and you're free to leave them blank.

We also collect a record of your consent when you tick the consent box on a form, along with the date and time it was given.

We do not knowingly collect any special categories of sensitive personal data, and we ask that you don't include any in free-text fields.

Why we collect it

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, to understand whether and how we can help your business, to prepare for and conduct a strategy call where relevant, to manage waitlists for our Safari and Charter products, and to communicate with you about the service you've expressed interest in. We use the business information you share to tailor our response to your situation — for example, to understand the scale and nature of your work before we speak.

We rely on your consent, and on our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries, as our basis for processing this information.

How we store and share it

The information you submit is stored in Airtable, a third-party platform we use to manage enquiries and waitlists securely. Airtable processes this data on our behalf. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

As our business grows, we may introduce additional tools — such as email or scheduling services — to help us communicate with you. If we do, we will update this policy to reflect them.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to manage an ongoing conversation or waitlist place. If you'd like us to delete your information, contact us at privacy@humanflow-ai.com and we'll do so, unless we're required to retain it for legal reasons.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to request that we correct or delete it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email privacy@humanflow-ai.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above.
